Executive Director Trudy Hughes shares a few moments with the Arrowmont community to discuss her vision for the future and share her wishes for a happy holiday.
“For me, a future of Arrowmont that is most positive is one where EVERYONE – ANYONE – ALL have a seat at the table. That’s the culture we want to create. And with grace, and kindness, and accountability, we’re going to hold one another to that commitment. We’re going to keep marching forward to be that place where everyone really does know that they’re included and accepted and a part of the organization.”
