Legacy Workshops for Educators and Administrators

The Educator programming is open to all Central Appalachian K-12 educators teaching any subject, it is not exclusive to art teachers.

The Administrators programming is open to all Central Appalachian arts administrators, support staff and any youth arts organizations or programs, in addition to K-12 Administrators.

Accepted applicants receive one FREE Legacy week workshop of their choice (chosen based on availability and applicant’s top 3 class picks). All tuition, housing, meals, and materials are included.

Travel to and from Arrowmont is the responsibility of the student.

A small stipend is provided to accepted applicants upon completion of the workshop week. This stipend is intended to offset travel costs or additional materials purchased by the student. Housing is assigned on a first come, first serve basis upon acceptance to the Legacy program. All meals are included; breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, except on the day of check-in and checkout.
