JOVENCIO DE LA PAZ Jovencio de la Paz is an artist, weaver and educator who is an assistant professor and head of fibers at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. He received an MFA from the Cranbrook Academy of Art and a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He is also a co-founder of the international collaborative group Craft Mystery Cult, established in 2010. website
STEPHANIE LANTER Stephanie Lanter is assistant professor of ceramics at the Hartford Art School. She received her MFA from Ohio University and a BA from Xavier University. Lanter has been exhibiting ceramic sculpture and mixed media work internationally, publishing writings and teaching since 2000. She has had residencies at the Archie Bray Foundation, Red Lodge Clay Center, Arrowmont’s Pentaculum, LH Project, Anderson Ranch Arts Center, Mendocino Arts Center, and Jentel, and is an active Artaxis member. Stephanie has previously taught ceramics at Emporia State University, Emporia, Kansas as assistant professor. website
THOMAS LUCAS Thomas Lucas is the founder and master printer of Hummingbird Press Editions and is an assistant professor at Chicago State University. He has taught at the Tyler School of Art, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, Penland School of Crafts, Arrowmont, and Oxbow. Lucas has had exhibitions at Chicago State University; South Side Community Art Center, Chicago; Elmhurst College; N’Namdi Contemporary, Miami; and in Skopelos Greece, Isreal and Morelia Mexico. website
