Program & Studio Manager Rebecca Buglio – a ceramic artist, Program Director Nick DeFord – a fiber artist, and Youth Education Program Manager Kelly Hider – a collage, painting and mixed media artist, explored their roles as artists and arts administrators at Arrowmont – and how the two connect and influence one another.
