Summer Intensive: The Art of Puppetry

Bring Characters to Life

August 16th – August 19th | A 4-Day Immersive Experience

Step away from the everyday and enter the world of professional puppetry. Our Summer Intensive Workshops are designed for makers, performers, and storytellers who want to go beyond the basics. Over four focused days, you will transition from raw materials to finished characters, culminating in a live showcase of your work.

This unique workshop series is a part of our National Workshop programming, and will operate on a similar schedule to our Spring Weekend Workshops. Workshops will begin Sunday evening, and conclude on Wednesday at noon. Tuition is $506 for all workshops in this series, with housing and meals available for an additional cost. Material fees will be charged at the conclusion of the workshops and must be paid prior to departure.

Students can take advantage of our extensive studio hours, 7AM-Midnight daily, to complete their projects ahead of departure on Wednesday afternoon.
